Our Policies

A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your VIP Mobile Gaming reservation. Payment must be paid at time of your booking being accepted or the booking will be cancelled. Please call us for special circumstances.

There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and prior to 14 days of scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of party reservation being canceled within 14 days of your event.

VIP Mobile Gaming will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.

VIP Mobile Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Our general service area is a 25-mile radius from Towaco, NJ (zip 07082). There are no travel fees for the first 25 miles, but a fuel surcharge fee applies when we travel beyond 25 miles to an event. See our Service Area page for coverage areas.

Our game theater is designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning.

In the event of severe weather — snow, lightning, very high winds, flooding, and/or extremely heavy rain — we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment.

If the threat of severe weather is anticipated in advance, please contact us to begin rescheduling.

VIP Mobile Gaming requires a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult inside the trailer at all times. Toddlers must be carried and held at all times.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please let your guests know about our 6-and-under policy.

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served.

Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the immediate termination of the party.

Neither VIP Mobile Gaming nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the game theater in a specific location. This includes both above-ground and below-ground property/equipment damage.

We reserve the right to charge the client's credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from careless or willful damage by clients or their guests.

Neither VIP Mobile Gaming nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

We do not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures from inside or outside the trailer. We may use these on our social media pages or website. If you do not want our Game Coach taking or posting pictures, please notify the Game Coach prior to the start of the party — you will also have an option to accept or decline photos when booking.

We never identify guests' full names or party locations.

The Game Coach is there to make sure your group is making the most of our high-tech fun — tutoring, inspiring, and entertaining throughout your event. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

When our rig pulls up, we will park in the most level, flat, and logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes we park in the neighborhood street — you may want to let neighbors know in advance, or let us know if you have a preferred spot.

Our truck and trailer combination is long and requires approximately 70 feet of space to maneuver and park. We will not park in driveways, yards, or any tight or dangerous locations — it has proven too dangerous to get such a large vehicle into residential driveways. We park only on solid concrete or asphalt. Our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at an event without prior approval, nor park off a hardened surface.

Our Game Coach will not play any "M"-rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the client prior to the party or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an "M"-rated game at your party, please let the Game Coach know as soon as possible after he arrives.
